I'm upset tonight...not really with one person but perhaps at a bunch of stuff that keeps slapping me down...
My hubby knows I'm upset and that he is one of the many I am dissapointed in somewhat...
What does he do when he feels I'm upset
He cleans house...
That is right ladies dishes,laundry,you name it well exept toliets ......
I would rather he come over and hug me pick me up...well if he could pick me up and carry me into the bedroom and hold me while I cry it out...
But no he cleans...
oh I appreciate that he cleans and I know he doesnt know how to show emotions like I would like and everyone likes a clean house...
but I would still like him to just hold me....sigh....
That would be nice.....

When you get to be my age cleaning would mean something. This morning I awoke to mud in front of the door, a cracker box thrown toward the trash can, and a cracker wraper with crumbs behind the recliner. but yes I understand I was young once. Hope you feel better tomorrow. Paula
Enjoy the clean house. Try taking him by the hand and saying "take a break and let's just cuddle". Grab a child and cuddle them. I hope whatever has you so upset is soon smoothed out. You'll be in my prayers. - Barbara
Can I borrow your hubby?! I hate to cuddle (except with my kids), so you can have mine. We will trade!! I do hope you are feeling better soon and he does get it that you need HIM not a clean house.

Does he know this? Most men have no clue what to do or how to act when their wife is upset. Telling him what you want will give you a greater chance to get it an dhe may feel more comfortable knowing what he can do to help you. ~ Mike
awwww so sorry he doesn't hug you and let you cry o his shoulder, send him here to clean next time. Hope all is well on Sunday.
Men don't get it and the whole point is that they don't get it!! Asking them for a hug is not the same.(Mike) ..i am sorry that your man doesn't get it but at least he cleans right?

oh poor you I am saure he ism doing his best................but i know what a hug means they are so imprtant {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{}}}}}}}}}}}}} one from me
I am sorry that you are upset. Remember that men are for the most part not emotional beings that is a womans thing. They don't act or think the same way women do. Can you just ask him to hold you? I know he should just do it but atleast you will get part of your wishes and a clean house.
