I made smothered pork chops tonight...
My kids acted like I was trying to feed them poison...
Lost my cool...
tired of the kids thinking I run a restaurant...
They took a bite and gagged...
I made them empty the dishwasher...or eat the food..
Guess what they decided to do...
yep they emptied the dishwasher..
Life a bitch then you have to eat pork chops
SIGHHHH
Wish my life was so hard....

I love Pork Chops. Probably even more so since my husband says he doesn't eat swine. ( Yah, but he can eat bacon like the best of them.) So I do cook it once in a great while. I love stuffed pork chops! I go to my Mom's when I want to have some Roast Pork. If I could just teach her that you don't have to cook it as long as she is used to. (Comes out too dry.) But she is from the "Old. Old school of cooking.) But still a damn good cook!

My hubby and I only eat pork, the kids do not, so when we have pork chops, I make 2 other meals for them. Sigh. They don't know what they are missing! YUMMY!

I know how you feel. I have four children and you don't know how many times hubby and I say this is not a restaurant. I do make certain adjustments sometimes when I know that there are certain meals that one of them really dislikes other than that they eat what I cook.
