I am living the first houe ever to have one of those as well
I hate them also they are buffoons!
Yeah, they blow. I got sucked into being a "replacement" member when we first moved in here (Planned Unit Development) but resigned only a few months later over all the dishonest, behind the back dealings.

Sounds to me like somebody is telling you what you can and cannot do with your property. I wouldn't like that either.
