If you are putting them in correctly then I cannot think of a reason but Stuart might be able to help.  His journal is Specimen Days and he is very clever at things like this. xxx

Because for example you have a photo being pulled from this location. You really need to put them into your own ftp space.

You need to save the pic on your computer then upload to your ftp space.

Hmmm, never had that problem.  I always save pics in my FTP space and transfer them into my journal from there.  Other than that, can't be any help, sorry!!
Maybe ask someone on the journal message board :o)

Do you use photobucket?  If you don't, you should!  Go to http://photobucket.com/ and open an account (it's free).  That way you can copy the graphics you find and photos you want into photobucket and then you will NEVER get the dreaded red "x".  I only learned this from past mistakes.  Let me know if you need help.

At least you make an effort to put pictures in your journal.  I've never tried because I'm convinced that technology hates me.  Mind if I add a link to your journal in my "favorites"?  Russ

If you are copying and pasting they will do that. Make sure all pictures are in your FTP space.

Vernae's answer is rather appropriate, I think :0)  God, I love that chick!!  She's a total howl!!!

Lisa's suggestion is also a very good one.  You may want to try hers FIRST before you try Vernae's though, or you'll have an even bigger problem :0)

I hate the dreaded X syndrome!  Drives me nuts!!    Love, Anna
